Users

Each user contains basic information like name and badge number for each person with access to the system. Users can update this information via their profile. Users are also where credentials are stored; however, access to certain parts of Xray Zero is controlled by Roles.

There is only one type of "special" user called a Super User who cannot be deleted and has full control over the agency. The user who registered the agency is a Super User. Only Super Users can create new Super Users. Typically, an "administrator" role can be created without Super User privilege to manage most aspects of an agency. In the event the Super User account cannot be accessed, please contact Xray Zero support.

To edit, click the gear icon and choose the Users tab. Then, you may choose an existing user from the table to edit or "Create New User".
