Offenses

Offenses can be used in warrants and charging documents to quickly fill in common statute codes and names. They can be organized by type (such as "state" versus "municipal"). Although every offense in the books could be added here, it's typically better to curate a list of frequently used ones.

To edit, click the gear icon and choose the Preset Data tab. Then, you may choose an existing offense from the table to edit or "Create New Offense".
